After a hectic day, it is often hard to slow down and be deliberate. I found that the case yesterday. A frenzied start to the morning put me in catch-up mode for the rest of the day. A lunch away from the office and a night at home provided some respit.

I found myself moving from one small task to another, ending my night by starting a new knitting project, one that I found rewarding from the start.

I ended my day by reading for the first time some work by Royall Tyler.
