I spent the day in training, and I had forgotten how giddy I get over learning something new. Ike and Josephine both fared well with teeth cleaning and such. Poor 15-year-old Ike was worn out, energized and sore. He wasn’t sure which way to turn and neither was I.
So. . . I cleaned windows. And the nicest part was opening them and creating incredible breezes throughout the house. Spring/summer is here and I’m ready. .. even if I did just knit a pair of wool socks.
On a bit of a splurge and a treat for Cynical, I paid a friend to mow and edge our yard. Money well spent.
I read a poem by Jacqueline Onassis last night.
