IMG_7609 I have read that it only takes 30 days to make something a habit. I’ve also noticed on several blogs lately that some fellow writers have been posting monthly goals and plans. This makes so much sense to me. I write annual resolutions, but breaking them down into manageable monthly segments falls inline with my “Bird by Bird” approach.

So, let’s see what we have in store for July:

  • Read a book
  • Drink water every day
  • Purge one item daily or seven per week
  • Call one friend per week

And I’m sure I’ll add others along the way.
